IELTS Test Format
There are two types of IELTS online Test which lasts about 3 hours. The complete test time is 2 hours and 45 minutes. The type of IELTS test depends upon the candidate. If you are planning to study abroad, then you will need to appear for Academic IELTS and if you are migrating abroad on a work permit, then you can appear for the General IELTS test. The IELTS test is mandatory in both the case for immigration to English speaking country.
Examiners would look for proof of your ability to grasp key concepts and accurate factual facts, speakers 'views and behaviors, the meaning of an utterance, and proof of your ability to pursue concepts.
- Academic IELTS – This test is intended for students pursuing higher education at international universities and for professionals such as medical professionals who wish to study abroad in a English speaking country.

IELTS Sections:
There are two types of Modules in IELTS test, Academic IELTS and General IELTS. In both the modules listening and speaking are similar, but the subject matter of the Reading and Writing sections differ depending on the test you take.
IELTS Listening Test: It will take about 30 minutes for the IELTS listening exam, and you will have an additional 10 minutes to pass your responses to the response pad.

Generally the passages are allocated after introductory discussion and students are asked to complete the same. Questions are answered with the students at the end of each exam, and responses are explained.
IELTS Writing Test: For the IELTS writing test you will be required to complete two tasks within 1 hour. Firstly, the types of tasks are clarified by essay-writing guidelines for the writing section.
Students are required to prepare 4 task 1 type essays and 4 task 2 type essays. Each essay is assessed, and recommendations are given for improving the essay.
IELTS Speaking Test: Prepare for your IELTS Speaking test, and get prepared to deal with the test structure. For the speaking part, one-on - one sessions are performed exactly on test lines, and after the session, the answers are addressed.
Scores are given, and recommendations to improve the scores are issued. Mock-tests are administered after classroom sessions simulating the test conditions and scores are given for each mock test.
The ratings are usually valid for 2 years, and the results are recognized internationally including France, Singapore, Australia, UK, Ireland, Canada, New Zealand, USA, Dubai and other European institutions.

IELTS Scoring
IELTS is rated 0 – 9, defined as the Band Scale. In general, every segment needs a score of at least 6 bands for UG & 6.5 bands for PG. For each skill (reading, listening, writing and speaking) you will get a band score, as well as an overall band score. Total band score is an average score of all the skills. The result will be available 15 working days from the date of exam.
IELTS Training
Once the test is over, the person is given the scores. Afterwards we continue the IELTS general training in the classroom.
